Hi Dear One!
We have no school on Monday in honor of MLK Jr. The weather forecast for tomorrow is 75 degrees, so we'll be there. No snow, sleet, rain, floods or famine. They cancel school for us only, ummm, well, never… no, wait, once a few years ago when much of southern California lost power. Other than that, we ALWAYS have school!
Adorable work–as always!

Finding JOY in 6th Grade
The MLK writing activity is terrific. I saw it too late to use this year. We are out of school on Monday, no professional development or anything. Yes!

Love these Reagan! Each one has their own personality. They are such a fun age to teach equality and are simply stunned to hear how things were (and kinda still are:(
We are off Monday so the long weekend ahead. Enjoy your teacher work day-jez that sounds so wrong!

We were out Tuesday and Wednesday for flooding. Then we got out early Thursday for snow and no school today for snow. The weather has been crazy. Then we're out Monday for the holiday. I had planned to do MLK all last week but it hasn't worked out. I need to do science fair stuff next week.
Ms. Kerri and her Krazy Klass
These turned out so stinking cute! I love little kid art…so much personality 🙂 I am in WA and we are out on Monday in honor of MLK. I am so jealous of my friends and family back in the south that had snow. I want a little. Snow-cream is the best 🙂
